Refund Policy
Our policy ensures you have a hassle-free shopping experience.
1. Returns
Due to the nature of our products (perfumes and personal care), we do not accept returns for used products or change of mind.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@zerel.com.
2. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 working days.
3. Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Note: An unboxing video is mandatory to claim a refund or replacement for damaged/missing items.
4. Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Shop no.01, Zerel, Mumbai, India.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
